Cancellation Policy
Group reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit, approximately ten percent of estimated total fees, to be determined by the Hospitality Office. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum number of guests; the deposit is based on this number. Final numbers must be submitted 10 days before event begins.
In the event of a cancellation...
More than 6 months before the event: fully refundable. Within 3-6 months of the event: 50% refundable. Within 3 months of the event: deposit is nonrefundable.
